Design Ownership & Resale Rights

All custom designs created by HeartfeltPraise.com remain the intellectual property of HeartfeltPraise.com unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By placing an order, you (the client) receive a license to use the design for personal or promotional purposes (such as printing on shirts, merchandise, or marketing materials).

HeartfeltPraise.com reserves the right to reproduce, resell, or modify any original design created for clients unless the client purchases exclusive rights to the artwork.

Exclusive rights must be requested before production and may be subject to an additional fee. Once exclusive rights are transferred in writing, HeartfeltPraise.com will not reproduce or resell the design.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials or references they provide (such as logos, names, or images) do not infringe on the rights of others.
